The Addis Ababa City Administration will today inaugurate the biggest condominium site built in the city in the presence of ministers, high-ranking government officials and Ambassadors, it was learnt.
The site, named Jemo Condominium Site, is a cluster of 10, 064 condominium houses expected to accommodate over 50,000 dwellers, the size of a population that outnumber many towns in the country, according to the city officials.
Unlike the other condominium sites under construction in various parts of the city and its peripheries, the Jemo site project has a sewerage system stretching 29km around the site, with a 9km passage linking the system to the city’s main sewerage line.
